You need a plug-in to be able to view a VRML world. It is a small program that runs with your browser and "teaches" the browser to see VRML.

I realise that it is difficult to find a good plug-in (if you can find on at all) so after a long hard search, I found what I think to be the best there are

After you download it, open the file, and it will install itself.

Cortona Parallel Graphics Windows
MS Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator
This is by far the best VRML plug-in I have seen. It supports OpenGL and Direct3D. Java language. VRML 97, VRML 2.0, VRML 1.0. and even NURB objects! I am currently using this plug-in. 1,961KB
World View Intervista Windows 95 I was using this plug-in for a while. its very efficiant and user friendly. But it lacks some key qualities (i.e. good transparency, etc...). Great for beginners. 6.191KB
That's all for now. If you can find any other plug-ins, Ill be happy to test them. Preferably ones for linux or mac are needed.
